What is the minimum order for custom products?
Our minimum order for custom production is 100 pieces per design. For sample development, there is a small fee ($20-50 per design) that is credited against your first bulk order. For very simple products (felt balls, basic shapes), minimum orders can be higher (500+ pieces) for cost efficiency.
Can you match our brand colors exactly?
Yes, we offer Pantone color matching. We dye sample wool batches and send physical swatches for your approval before dyeing the full production batch. Color matching adds 1-2 weeks to the timeline. For ongoing orders, we maintain your approved dye formulas for consistent color across batches.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, full private labeling is available. We can attach your brand labels (woven, printed, or leather), hang tags, and package products in your branded boxes or bags. We also produce care instruction labels and certificates of origin. Many of our clients sell our products under their own brand name with no mention of Nepal Felt Crafts.
